While I agree GPT-4 will be much improved, I'm skeptical LLMs will be able to improve accuracy sufficiently to serve most business needs without integration with purpose built systems like our KOS (EAI OS) and DANA (digital assistant). My sense is few appreciate the power of generality with state-of-the-art systems tech and value of the sum of the parts in one seamless system.
