Good summary, Rolanda. It sounds very much like the consensus is shifting to what we've been saying all along about commoditization of LLMs, need to build differentiation, and data structure. We're also seeing in large enterprises. In my exchanges with Matt a couple years ago it sounded like Madrona was focused elsewhere. GenAI and agents lacking robust precision data and security may ride the hype for a while, but are likely to run into a ceiling if not a wall. There is a disconnect between what customers want and need, and what LLMs are able to offer. That represents a large risk and opportunity. I think it favors bold competency.
